Wash well-gutted trout, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put on a skewer, and fry the same way as a barbecue, over hot coals.

During frying, the fish is periodically smeared with butter.

Sprinkle fish with parsley and pour with pomegranate juice, and serve.
