Cut meat and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Fry the meat in a pan with onions and tomato puree.

Add in pan water(broth), salt, pepper, bay leaf, and stew it.

Slice pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, and chop the garlic.

Peel and cut potatoes and fry separately.

At the end of the stewing, put all into the pan and stew until tender.

Serve with the sauce in which the meat was stewed.
