Baked Beef in Onion Sauce

Ingredients

Beef (scapular and subscapular parts) - 161
potatoes - 129
milk or water - 25
butter - 5
eggs - 5 (1/8pcs)
red onion sauce - 100
cheese - 5
vegetable oil - 7

Directions

Boil meat.
Peele potatoes and boil.
Mash the finished potatoes.
Grease a portioned frying with oil, and pour a little red onion sauce.
Put 2 pieces of boiled beef, and pour over the same sauce.
Put mashed potatoes around the meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Sprinkle with butter and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve in a serving pan.
