Beef in sweet and sour sauce

Cut beef across the fibers to portion pieces and lightly pound with a meat tenderizer.

Sprinkle with salt and fry in a well-heated pan with oil until a crispy crust forms on both sides.

Put meat in a saucepan and pour with broth (or hot water).

Season with pepper and stew for 30-40 minutes over low heat.

Dice carrots and saute until brown.

Add to saucepan, browned carrots, onions and parsley root, tomato puree, dried rye bread cubes, sugar, vinegar (or dry red wine), and continue to stew over low heat.

Serve a piece of meat on a plate, a few dried rye bread cubes on it, and pour the sauce in which the meat was stewed
