Make porridge from semolina(rice or millet) in milk and add eggs and sugar, and mix well(porridge should be viscous).

Grease baking sheet or frying pan with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Put half of the porridge on a baking sheet or frying pan, then layer of peeled apples (apricots or pitted plums).

Cover with the remaining porridge and smear the surface with a mixture of eggs and sour cream.

Put in an oven and bake.

Cut the finished casserole into rectangles after it slightly cooled down.

Serve with apricot or cranberry sauce.
