Semolina dumplings with cheese or sour cream

Boil semolina to thick viscous porridge in a mixture of milk and water or in water(3kg of porridge is obtained from 1kg of cereal).

Cool down the porridge to 70-75°C and mix with raw eggs.

Cut porridge mix into dumplings (10-15g each) and boil at a low heat in salted water for 5-6 minutes.

Dry dumplings and serve hot with butter and grated cheese or sour cream.
