Potatoes fried in cubes (slices, cubes)

Peel and cut potatoes into the appropriate shape.

Wash in cold water (so that the pieces do not stick together and do not stick to the pan when frying).

Preheat pan with oil.

Place prepared potatoes in a layer of no more than 5cm on a pre-heat pan and fry.

As the potatoes form a crispy crust, gently stir occasionally.

Put salt before the end of cooking (place in the oven for a few minutes if not completely cooked).

Pour in butter or sour cream and serve.
