Baked Mushrooms in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

Fresh penny bun mushrooms - 138 or dried - 45 or fresh champignons (Whites) - 180
vegetable oil - 10
sour cream sauce - 75
cheese - 5
salt - to taste

Directions

Slice fresh mushrooms(soak and boil first if using dried mushrooms).
Fry sliced mushrooms on a pan with oil.
Pour sour cream sauce and salt.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake.

Random tip: Nutmeg gives the sauces a special taste. But you need to introduce the crushed nut at the end of the cooking of the sauce and in a very small amount.
