Prepare potatoes in the same way as for cutlets.

Cool down potatoes to the temperature not exceeding 50°C.

Add wheat flour and egg yolks(whites are used for breading).

The prepared mix is well kneaded and formed into balls(pears, cylindrical sticks).

Bread in flour and then lightly put in egg whites and breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry or semi-deep-fry the croquettes.

Serve croquettes with fried mushrooms or onions, or tomato sauce.
