Prepare potatoes in the same way as for cutlets.

Form cakes (2 pcs per serving) from the chilled potato mass.

Chop onions and sautee.

Boil mushrooms, chop and fry.

Mix onions with mushrooms and salt.

Put onion-mushroom mix in the middle of the cake and connect its edges so that mix is inside.

Bread in breadcrumbs or flour.

Give the shape of a brick with oval edges and fry.

Serve zrazy with butter, sour cream or mushroom, tomato, and sour cream sauce.
