Zucchini Stuffed with Vegetables

Cut in half the zucchini and scoop out the inside so it looks like a canoe.

Cut carrots, and parsley root into strips or small cubes and saute.

Cut onions into half rings and saute separately.

Saute tomato puree.

Mix sauteed vegetables with tomato puree, onions, green peas and warm up.

Fill zucchini with mix.

Grease the baking sheet or a saucepan with a thick bottom with oil and place filled zucchini.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Pour with sour cream sauce or sour cream tomato sauce and warm up.
