Pass through a meat grinder pulp of lamb together with onions.

Add washed rice, salt, and pepper and mix well with minced meat.

Form into 2 balls per serving.

Slice onions and fries.

Place in the middle of each ball, washed dried cherry plum (2-3 pieces).

Preboil broth and add pre-soak peas, meatballs, potatoes, and fried onions.

Prepare saffron infusion at the rate of 1g of saffron per 120g of water, brew like tea. One tablespoon is used for two servings of soup.

10-15 minutes before readiness add chopped fat-tail fat, salt, and pepper, and saffron infusion.

Serve soup with a sprinkle of dried mint.
